I'm somewhat older, and unlike today's customer; I don't garde on a curve! Have 1 Dawson knife and decided to order a couple of more personal carry blades. Very pleased, as I was with my first knife. When I ordered, there was a snafu with the payment that I was unaware of. After I realized what happened with the payment I kinda let it slide and figured I would get another knife in the future. A pleasant customer service rep called me several times nearly 10 days later. I finally realized it was Dawson calling, and answered. They took my payment over the phone and even honored the fourth of July discount that I thougt I had lost..
