Dawson Knives

The blade and blade butter are both of high quality. I have heard the term " heirloom quality" mentioned when describing Dawson's products. I look forward to finding that out, but as of right now I am well pleased. The only thing I would say Dawson can greatly improve on would be their packaging. That is a small thing and easy to fix. Other than that I will most certainly buy again soon.

I love this knife! Solid build. Easily able to baton fire wood or felling a small tree. Unfortunately for me, it was a graduation gift to my son.

I purchased a Companion from Dawson mainly because I wanted to support them. To my amazement I have become a fixed blade believer. For over 50 some years I have always carried a folder thinking fixed blades are for hunters. No, no, old man! I started wearing my new Companion and can’t take it off. A fixed blade is so much easier to carry and much faster to deploy. And the sturdiness of a fixed blade is so much better than a folder. Old dogs can learn new tricks.

The knife is immaculate. The combination of the wildfire blade with covenant scales (reddish) is a piece of art. I know this knife is functional and capable for everyday use, but I’ve been showing it off and took it with me to Bladeshow 2026. Awesome knife and the first of many more. Great job with your knives and spreading Gods world and love through your talents he’s blessed you with.

I bought the Nehemiah in rainstorm with the G10 blue handle. I love the feel of the angled grip in my hand. This knife is officially my new camp kitchen knife and hunting knife. The steel looks/performs great, the handle feels great, the Dawson team is great, and I’m grateful to own a Dawson blade.

I own over one hundred knives, both folders and fixed blades. I have been looking for a long time for a quality fixed blade knife with a hollow grind. With Dawson Knives I finally have found it. Top quality steels, heat treat and fit and finish are what I found to be true with their knives. I now own 6 of their knives and enjoy using them in outside work and even day to day with the smaller Contractor model.
If you are on the fence about purchasing - don't be - they are excellent!!!!!!!

Arrived sooner than expected. Such an awesome looking knife. The Nehemiah is the perfect blend of both EDC and the outdoors camping tool. The finish is great and quality is amazing!

Another outstanding knife from Dawson! Razor sharp and an absolute work of art in terms of quality. Thank you for making the Magnacut limited run! All your steel is high performing but I like the Magnacut more than anything for my uses. This Companion in Magnacut is my new favorite and that is saying a lot.
