As an avid collector of knives (like you, most likely, if you’re reading this), I’ve seen and handled a lot of blades over the years. After all this time, I can usually tell within the first few seconds of picking up a knife whether it’s truly high quality.

Beautiful fit and finish, super sharp out of the box. The hamon heat treat adds to the overall quality of the knife. I’m very happy to be able to support a local knife maker and will undoubtedly be buying more knives from Dawson.

Another beautiful and functional knife from Dawson knives. This is my third knife from Dawson, and everyone is a true work of art. They all are razor sharp on arrival and look amazing. Every knife is solid no wiggles or wobbles. Truly a blessed company to buy from.
