Bought 5. Very happy with them all. Very nice staff when I picked them up and toured the facility. I will be purchasing more in the Future. Add a note on the order Screen to receive Engraving.
Like all of my Dawson knives the fit and finish is excellent. The edge is incredibly sharp. My only issue is I was expecting a more aggressive Arizona Copper finish like my other knives from Dawson. The finish is significantly lighter and resembles more of a brass than the Arizona Copper I am accustomed to.
My new Santoku Chef knife is the only one I reach for. Beautiful and slices everything like butter. So the problem is not having a couple smaller blades for the other tasks.

Great knife for everyday, can get just about everywhere and thing with the size. I got a back up color for the handle.
